Description
ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Governance Program Assistant located in Pristina, Kosovo . ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a government critical infrastructure program.
As the GPA you will provide support to the program management office and assist with the governance process management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for working to document governance policies;
- Participate in governance initiatives and support of strategic business, regulatory or operational objectives;
- Communicate/escalate issues to leadership clearly and in a timely manner to ensure schedules are not affected;
- Communicate in a clear and confident manner to the end users the proper understanding of the data alignment process and all applicable technologies.
- Must be able to read and write proficiently in English
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma with at least 2 years in a similar role/experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand complex business systems to ensure proper documentation is developed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government customers
- Experience in energy, technology, transportation, or other critical infrastructure area
